  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Thomas Jeffery: Christopher Richardson was great setting everything up, showing us options and plans. He answered any questions quickly, even a few months after completion. One month after the system was turned on, Met-Ed owes us $333 for the month!
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Mike Cwell: Lumina Solar installed the system at my residence roughly 8 months ago. The solar panel system has been a great value add to the home and I have not received a single energy bill from my provider. Additionally, Ali Sanders was the services rep that I worked with and she was professional and knowledgeable and that was very helpful through the decision making process. I would highly recommend to anyone who asks.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by John Kiker: Lumina made getting solar very simple. All we did was say “let’s go “ and the rest was done by them. Township approval, HOA, Electric Co. everything. We just sat back and watched. They were all very professional and Peter Hayes was great, always there when needed. You won’t be disappointed
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Christopher Schank: Great experience with Lumina solar!!!! From our initial introduction/ first experience to installation everything has been positive. Our sales rep, Fanus Coetzee, was honest and helped design a system perfect for our needs unlike other companies who simply tried to upsell us. He answered all my questions and was always available. As the first contact with the company, he made a positive impact. The installation process was positive as well. The installation team and electrition were punctual, polite, respectful of our property, cleaned up for themselves and were efficient. I have seen other solar installs with metal conduit all over ones roof and it looks sloppy. We have only a small piece extending down from soffit and nothing visible on the roof. I would highly recommend.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Zachary Shaffer: This company is is one of the best I've come in contact with for any good or service. Everything from start to finish was beyond what I could've asked for. My sales consultant Christopher Richardson was very knowledgeable, and was able to explain every detail about the solar project in advance. Then, at install, he showed up to see how the install went, and made sure everything was up and looked good. The install team asked me how I wanted the panels organized on my roof, how I wanted the conduit run, and did it exactly how I asked. The electricians answered all of my questions too. The whole experience was good from start to finish. After the install, my sales consultant is still available to answer any questions I've had, including the tax form I'll need for filing this coming year. You can not go wrong with Lumina Solar.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by Chris Stoltzfus: When I was looking to go solar I had done a few quotes and designs with different companies. Lumina came in with not only the best pricing for the work, but the best design plan for the area as well. Jack knew his stuff and had a base design already done that showed estimates based on previous sun data and satellite pictures. We were able to determine taking out some trees could improve performance and which ones could stay. We had to do some back and forth with the electric company to get started which was the biggest hassle. There was a lack of communication from electric on getting us approvals and information if the system we planned was allowed. After 5 months they told us it wasn't and that we would need to pay to have a upgraded transformer installed. They then took another month to tell us a price before we said no and we down sized to what was allowed based on the current grid. By far this was the biggest headache but was in no part Lumina Solar's fault. Once we knew what we were allowed we went back and designed a system that would work. Permits and paperwork went pretty quickly after we got electric company to sign off. Due to the weather there was a little delay in getting install started but the team that came out did fantastic work. The hardest challenge for the installers was dealing with my old house's thick walls, (18inches plus a little empty space before another wall) but after determining what was needed they came back and managed to get the hole drilled. They were able to answer any questions I had along the way for the project and provided insight into other questions I had as well. On the roof install side of things, things went smoothly. A couple of the snow guards got broken but they ordered in new ones and replaced them without a hassle. The full Lumina team worked very well together and were always professional. I have recommended them to others and would do so again. Can't wait to see just how well the system works.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Lebanon County Pennsylvania by John Collier: So far I have had a very positive experience with Lumina. A friend had done some research and sent me his top solar prospects, with Lumina as his #1. I called several companies and Lumina stood just above the others. The salesperson, Matt D, was knowledgeable and supportive without being pushy. The design process was all done over zoom, and everything was well explained. Once I was ready to commit, everything moved along smoothly and as expected. The installation was uneventful in a good way. The permitting took a while, but they had set my expectations for that, so it wasn't a surprise. Once the panels were up and running, the monitoring software is great, and Matt continues to support me as I have questions. My panels only came online in October of 2021, so my review may change if I get any curveballs in the future, but for now, everything has been wonderful!
  • Routinely inspect mounting hardware-- tighten up anything that feels loose.
  • Look for discoloration or warping on panels, indications of hidden damage.
  • Keep an eye on inverter efficiency metrics; sudden drops typically mean underlying concerns.
