Customizing Business Solar Power Solutions in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania

  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Timothy Cross: Alex was awesome walking me through everything, the loan, incentives, and installation. Easy to get in touch with and answered any questions on concerns I had.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Bruce Wightman: Lumina is an excellent option for the installation of a solar system. We installed roof panels with a battery backup. Design process and initial consultations were a very encouraging experience. It was many months, however, between a signed contract and installation. Pricing is a little high compared to some competitors. There were some complications with installation, with one significant error taking two visits to correct. Once installed, however, the system operates beautifully-- very much as described. We've been making electricity for two years now with no issues and gotten through a couple of short power outages running off our battery as expected from specs. The only real complaint is that communication was sometimes lacking. It's hard to get a live person on the phone and there was lots of telephone tag required to resolve issues during installation. Having said that, the reps and techs were really terrific-- and that prompts confidence in the work itself.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Jeff Chapman: Lumina Solar is the way to go. Jack Wood was our rep and explained everything in detail. Our project was pushed back by a couple of days due to snow and high winds (install was in January), but the guys came out on Saturday and Sunday to finish up and get back on schedule. I received quotes from 2 other companies and Lumina was right in the middle. The company with the low offer did not have the length of warranty that Lumina has. They did not have many positive reviews, and I did not get that warm and fuzzy feeling from their very pushy sales guy. The high quote was more than double what Lumina came in at. They also said that their panels would be able to cover 100% of my electric usage. When I sent Jack my electric bills he was shocked at how much we use (family of 8, work from home, kids home schooled, etc). He was honest and said there is no way that we could get 100% covering our existing roof panels. we would need another 10 panels. He said their panels will only produce about 75% of our electric usage. He is spot on for the last 7 months. I am planning on a roof over our patio in the next couple of years and I will definitely be using Lumina to cover that roof with panels.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by ZYarosz: Lumina has done an Excellent job. Their process was smooth. Our project manager Allison Sanders navigated us through all the steps handedly. I always felt well informed, communication was thorough and timely. Ali was professional yet easy to talk with on all the particulars. The install teams were also communicative and we are very pleased with the results. 10/10 no notes
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Dirk Leu: Good overall experience. The way the panels looked and were arranged on the roof was important to me and Lumina delivered my request. They installed more panels than other local companies were willing to do. They offered me installation within a certain time with some money back guarantee, but we're unable to deliver on that offer. There were some problems with the structure of the roof that added an extra 15% to the project cost (bundled into the cost and eligible for tax rebate). These roof problems were not identified during a recent roof replacement and fixing them was slow and costly. Also it delayed the project into the next year, delaying the tax rebate. Overall I'm happy with the result, but communication throughout the process of the roof repairs wasn't great and delays were expensive.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Jonathan Camaioni: I highly recommend Lumina Solar. Our sales person Peter was very knowledgeable and very professional in updating us on the project status from start to finish. Peter was always available via text/phone to answer any questions at any time throughout the process. Lumina Solar installers were very professional and meticulous in the project installation. The day of installation was extremely frigid and windy but the installers took their time to make sure the job was done neatly and 100% to our standards. Their customer service and support is excellent. We were hesitant at first about whether solar was right for us, but the experience was fantastic and definitely the right move. I would highly recommend Lumina Solar to those who may be skeptical or those who just need the best in solar out there.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Frank Wagner: I had a wonderful experience with Lumina Solar. The crew was courteous, timely, and truly cared about the work they were doing. They constantly touched base to make sure the project was going as planned, or if any adjustments needed to be made. The salesman Christopher Richard was honest and upfront on the cost and installation process from start to finish. My system was installed January 31, 2023. The Solar system was activated February 14, 2023. The Solar system has worked great. Their crew cleaned up the work site after their 1 day installation of 30 panels on my roof. I would rate them 10 for 10 and would use them again if I would ever need another Solar Panel project to complete. Lebanon, Pa.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Krista Clauser: My experience working with Lumina Solar has been 5 stars. Jack Wood at Lumina Solar was incredibly helpful and respectful of our time. He provided a direct and candid explanation of what our options are for a system at this time and the costs that would be involved. There was no "sales pitch" or high pressure tactics. The Lumina Solar Team took their time to answer all of our questions, and even further investigated some complex questions that apply specifically to our situation. Although we are not moving forward at this time with a system, I will not hesitate to call Lumina Solar, and specifically Jack Wood, should we decide to pursue a solar energy system.
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by DC-Mike Schen: Lumina Solar, my Project/Sales Manager Matt, and their installation/office team came through nearly perfectly for all aspects of my recent rooftop residential solar installation. First and foremost Matt was a great pleasure to work with and was on top of the project at all times. He is very competent and responsive! Their installation team did a great job and I have not had any concerns since. Be sure to thank them Matt! Their office team seemed to be the ones where I felt there were too many different people engaged as a result of how they segment responsibilities. A single office POC would have been preferred and ran more smoothly I think. Be prepared also because for me, from start to finish, this project took four plus months to complete, and would have likely taken longer if I had not keep up pressure on the office team…. Now, let the sun shine in!
  • Review of Lumina Solar PA in Schuylkill County Pennsylvania by Tamara O'Brien: Great experience! So excited to have solar power. Philip and his team handled everything, including Philly's red tape. Was an easy process, all questions answered quickly and clearly. Highly recommend!
